You must assess the current state of your organisational culture and identify areas of improvement, before settling on \u201cThis person doesn\u2019t suit our culture\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ask yourself:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What does it take to get ahead here?<\/li>\n<li>How do we deal with mistakes?<\/li>\n<li>How do we handle feedback?<\/li>\n<li>How do we collaborate with others?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your answers to these questions can reveal insights into the true culture of your organisation, its impact on the bottom line, and the gaps or misalignments between the business\u2019s values and its employees\u2019 actual practices.<\/p>\n<h6>Try a Stocktake Analysis<\/h6>\n<p>It is possible, today, to collect, collate and analyse the hidden rules that govern the behaviour and performance of employees, managers, and suppliers.
