WHAT IS A WORKPLACE CULTURE ASSESSMENT?
Unwritten Ground Rules (UGRs) are best defined as people’s perceptions of “this is the way we do things around here”. They drive people’s behaviour, and ultimately work for or against a company’s bottom-line performance.
But, how can you assess the UGRs currently prevalent in your workplace? Well, we have the perfect tool to do just that: the on-line UGRs Stock Take Survey assesses the UGRs driving the workplace culture within an organistation.
The survey outcome is a rich dataset consisting of qualitative and quantitative data, giving unique insight into how “we really do things around here”.
Each UGRs Stock Take Survey is tailored with lead-in sentences (survey questions) and (optional) demographics designed specifically for an organisation. No two surveys are ever exactly alike, just as no two organisations are ever exactly alike.
