JAN VAN ROOYEN

Jan van Rooyen (B.Sc.(R.A.U.),B.A.Hon(R.A.U.)MDP(Unisa),MBA (Wits))has gained extensive experience in the fields Human Resources, Organisation Development and Training Management, in both the Manufacturing and Service industries. Jan has enjoyed measurable and sustained success as a business consultant, specifically in the following focus areas:

	Facilitation of wide-ranging business sessions, including Business Planning; clarification of Objectives and Focus Areas, Problem Solving, Role Clarification, and Inter-Departmental Conflict Resolution.
	Executive Developmental Programmes, including Individual Management Career Counselling.
	Presentation of courses in the fields of Management and Supervisory Principles and Processes; Leadership; Strategic Planning; Quality Improvement; Systems Development; Participative Processes; Performance Management, and Employee Development.
