ACTION 3 - Plotting your values

We now have to interpret Actions 1 & 2. Transfer the ranking from Action 1 (as listed in Figure 2), and the scores from Action 2 (as listed in Figure 4), to the table marked Figure 5.

On the matrix, marked Figure 6, find the box where the score axis and the ranking axis meet for each value, and write the name of the value in the box.

DANGER ZONE = Those values which are important to you but which you don't often apply. Values falling in this quadrant tend to cause an imbalance as it indicates that you value one thing but tend to apply something else. These are areas for potential conflict in your life.

IN ALIGNMENT = those values which are important and which you do apply regularly.

SOME ATTENTION REQUIRED = These are values of relatively low importance and which are not often applied.

NO ATTENTION REQUIRED = Values which fall in this quadrant are relatively low in importance, and are applied often.
