Small Print

Hi,

Here's all the small print that forms the basis of our deal. Our agreement exists in this electronic format only, and your confirmation of the booking indicates your acceptance these terms, as well as your acceptance of the fact that no signed hard copy of our agreement will ever exist.

After more than 3,000 bookings, I have never yet had a dispute with a client - nor do I intend to. That said, it would be in your best interest to save a copy of the relevant pages of our agreement at the time of confirming your booking, just in case you need to refer back to it at a later stage.

Here's why: In our fast-paced world everything changes. As do my terms of agreement (as published on these pages). So, if ever you need to refer back to the basis of our agreement as it stood at the time of our transaction, the content of these web pages at that time may differ from the terms of our agreement as it stood at the time that we did our deal - and your only proof of our actual agreement will be your saved copy of the terms at the time that we did the deal. In the absence of such saved copy, the terms as published on this website at any time in the future will considered to be the basis of our agreement, which at that time may be to your detriment. Bottom line: save and retain a copy of the web pages listed hereunder. It just makes sense for you to do so.

That said, let me assure you that this caution is extended in your interest only, as I am not aiming to enter into any dispute with any client, ever!

Shout if you need me to clarify anything! I’m on

Stef du Plessis
