WHEN TO USE THE ONE-MINUTE INTRODUCTION:

The One-Minute Introduction is short and punchy, and is ideal for introducing Stef as a keynote speaker, or at short workshops. If using this version, please use it "as is" - refrain from making any changes to the text.

WHEN TO USE THE "FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY" INTRODUCTIONS:

Stef spent more than a decade in the financial services industry. This introduction include additional information on Stef's achievements as a successful broker and sales manager, and are for use within the financial services industry.

PAGE NUMBERS AND PAGE BREAKS : When printing the introductions, please note that they will be printed without page numbers or page breaks - so it is important that you number your pages by hand as soon as they are printed.

UNTWISTING YOUR TONGUE: South Africans can ignore this section... at home, "du Plessis" is more common than Smith. For those not fortunate enough to live in sunny South Africa, "du Plessis" is pronounced as a three-syllable word: doo-pleh-see.

PLEASE STICK TO THE SCRIPT: The short introduction must be used "as is". While you are welcome to delete information from the slightly longer "recommended" introduction, kindly refrain from adding anything without first checking with Stef. This will ensure that we get the facts right. While personal anecdotes can add a nice touch, they can equally easily cause embarrassment.
