Effective Team

The only real reason why teams exist at all is to achieve results. Yet, most just don’t.

That’s because teams really do work best when they are built on truth and trust. When there exists an environment that allows people to be honest, and to say it as it is. So that they will speak up when they believe that they have a better idea, or when they disagree – while still supporting your final decision... regardless of whether they agree with it, or not.

When teams are built on truth and trust, everyone on the team becomes focused on results. Leaving no room for personal agenda’s, backstabbing or dissent. Everyone simply focuses on what is important, and they get on with doing it.

Stef du Plessis has worked with hundreds of teams everywhere. And they vouch for the fact that he has helped them to establish greater levels of trust, and that he has shown them how to put in place the cornerstones that have transformed them into becoming, and staying, The Effective Team.

He can do the same for you, by any of the following means:

  • Keynote presentations: 45-90 minutes
  • Workshops: 2-hours; half-day; full-day; multi-day
  • In-house programs: 1-day to 1-year
  • Retreats and break-aways: 1-3 days

Focus areas / content:

  • Why most teams fail, and what you can do to avoid it
  • How to build team trust (without doing a silly trust fall!)
  • Creating a safe environment where everyone can ‘say it as it is’
  • How to make decisions that will be supported by everyone on the team
  • Learning to focus on what’s really important
  • Getting results
