- Re-evaluation and re-alignment

Although most goal-directed people should be familiar with this cycle, Stef will place a fresh perspective on this fundamentally important subject. He will also add the dimension of introspection: defining your own Value System, analysing your Strengths and Weaknesses, and developing your own Code of Conduct.
Finally, he will show delegates the way to true personal empowerment, and leave them able to manage their own lifestyle with an understanding of the importance of living a balanced lifestyle.
As with all of Stef's presentations, this one is "not your average presentation".
